La playa y el mar me son fascinantes. Desde luego es el relajarte y descansar en ellos pero, más que eso, es el poder sentir y disfrutar sus texturas. La sensación de frescura y de ese misterioso elemento que es el agua en tu cuerpo me parece de lo mejor, ¿qué decir del masaje que da a nuestro cuerpo y en si a todos nuestros sentidos el ir y venir de sus olas?

La suavidad de la arena... ¡sensacional! Poder sentir la arena tan fina en tu cuerpo, poder tocarla, poder pisarla se me hace muy padre también.

Me siento privilegiado en poder disfrutar esto que en otra vida, quien sabe si lo haya.

Baluarte de Antón Lizardo.

Este domingo conocí una parte de Anton Lizardo que no conocía: El Baluarte de Antón Lizardo.

Una construcción antiquísima misma que deja ver los materiales con que fué contruida: al igual que el Castillo de San Juan de Ulúa y el Baluarte de Santiago en el puerto de Veracruz, su principal material consiste en grandes bloques de coral propios de su zona.

Una de sus principales funciones y/o construcción supongo, consistía en la defensa de la ciudad.

Heroica Escuela Naval Militar.

La primera piedra de la obra de Antón Lizardo la coloca el licenciado Miguel Alemán el sabado 24 de enero de 1948. De entonces en adelante la construcción avanza, y es producto de las esperanzas de quienes ven en proyecto ya realizado la creación de un nuevo edificio acorde con las necesidades de la Heroica Escuela Naval.

Desde el punto de vista oficial, la Escuela Naval Militar queda establecida con fecha 1 de enero de 1953 en Antón Lizardo.

Antón Lizardo.

Antón Lizardo es una modesta población que se encuentra a unos 15 minutos de lo que es la zona conurbada Veracruz-Boca del Río misma que es bastante popular en la región por su buena cocina, sus limpias y bonitas playas y por ser sede de la Heroica Escuela Naval-Militar.

Quien gusta de la tranquilidad, el sol y el mar puede disfrutar también aquí de sabrosos platillos del mar y de la cocina veracruzana en general, así como de las bebidas tipicas de la región como lo son los ya tradicionales “toritos” en sus diferentes sabores. Lo anterior se puede disfrutar tanto en grandes, como en modestos restaurantes.

Estas playas son realmente de lo mejor para disfrutar del mar en Veracruz debido a su tranquilidad, seguridad y limpieza.

Me llama poderosamente la atención dos cosas: La espectacular proyección y crecimiento residencial que está teniendo (se esta convirtiendo en una zona bastante exclusiva) y el hecho de que muchos creeríamos que pertenece a Veracruz ó a Boca del Río, y aunque está a 15 minutos de estos, pertenece al municipio de Alvarado.
