O.k., o.k.. Empiezo de nuevo.

Me sorprendió mucho la nueva instructora del gym ahora que regresé porque es una persona con gran carácter, una persona muy firme y segura y además accesible. Dicho sea de paso es la dueña:

- ¿Ya tienes rutina? …me preguntó.

- Aaammmm… no. ¿Podría ponerme una rutina especial?

- ¿ Que es lo que quieres trabajar ?

- Verá, yo quisiera…

Pues además de acceder a poderme una rutina especial se portó buena onda al darme varios tips en cuanto alimentación se refiere, y otros tantos en cuanto a malos hábitos que tenemos también al comer, al realizar nuestras rutinas de ejercicio o al no descansar adecuadamente. De cajón hay que comer muy pero muy sano evitando grasas y dándole al cuerpo las proporciones adecuadas de alimentos en todas sus variedades. Shido, nada de lana extra (entendí que ya mi mensualidad era algo así como un V.T.P.)

Realmente es todo un rollo esto de querer "estar en forma" (además medio complicado) y pues, solo los profesionales o a los que esto del gym les apasiona son quienes aguantan rutinas y regimenes tan estrictos.

En fin, todo sea por estar bien, pero bien...

Nuevo billete de 20 pesos en México.

A partir del 20 de agosto el Banco de México pondrá en circulación un nuevo billete de 20 pesos el cual incluye más medidas de seguridad antifalsificación y características útiles para opersonas invidentes. Estas medias también serán incorporadas a los billetes de 50, 100, 200, 500 y mil pesos, en años posteriores.

El billete de 20 pesos que circula actualmente y el nuevo convivirán al menos durante unos 2 años, para posteriormente retirar los anteriores.

¿Estaré envejeciendo?.

No cabe duda: cuando eres fan de alguien, vas y haces lo que sea hasta donde sea, por conseguir estar cerca de tu artísta favorito. Claro, en la medida de lo que sea posible.

¿Que tiene RBD? No me lo explico todavía pero, quizás tienen lo mismo que tenían en su oportunidad para mi Timbiriche, Flans, Mecano, Maná, Thalía, y algunos otros artístas nacionales o extranjeros de los que yo era fan y a los que en alguna ocasión logré ver y/o conseguí un autógrafo.

Aunque no comulgo con RBD, debo confesar que recordé las horas al sol, las horas de hambre y las miles de peripecias por las que pasé por ver a mis otrora artístas favoritos.
